Now that you have your baby steps outlined, you want to put these on your calendar so they travel with you through the year. Go back and look at the baby steps and add dates to each action. Open your calendar and schedule the steps as appointments on the calendar. You might even make an event for the first of each month with your SMART goal and an overview of the focus and activities for the month. Many times plans and strategies get buried so having these milestones alive in your daily schedule will help to keep you accountable and moving forward.
