Step #6: S.M.A.R.T. Goal

After looking at the wheel, look at which ONE area would make the greatest impact if you focused your energy and effort there. Take that area and set a SMART goal…. that is specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timed. In the video, we walk through things to think about in each of these 5 elements. Post your goal in 3 places and read daily! GOOD WORK!
