We are leaders in our businesses, communities and homes. Sometimes people around us can feel exhausted if we have silent expectations for them or we hope they will lead themselves. As humans, we are all influenced by others around us. Even powerful leaders look to other leaders as a mirror (reflection), for accountability and example. As leaders, it is important to pay attention to how we are as we influence others with our actions and thoughts/words. Leaderships influence those around them. How people around you act, might be a reflection of you and your role modeling.

~ There is no better way to develop leaders than to be the leader you want others to be!
~ Give people a reputation to live up to- set the bar high and set them up for success!
    ~ Celebrate the small successes!
~ Ask yourself: Why would people follow me?
~ Do you ooze personality and positivity?
~ Do you communicate a vision?
~ Do you walk your talk?
    ~ Is your passion infectious?
~ Do they know you believe in them?
    ~ Are you having fun?

Be the leader you want to spend time with and be around!
